Hi! My name is Robert Jerome. I have been teaching for over 20 years after making a career change from working in technology for over 10 years. My experience spans from computer programming, project management, and technology training; to teaching computer literacy, math and science, at all educational levels from k-12. The resources posted here are focused on instruction, and are intended to help students feel more independent and confident, while supporting teachers with ready made lesson and guided practice content. I have used these resources to provide instructional support, remediation, and independent learning for students. I have also shared these same resources with family and friends who have found them helpful and effective as well. With this success, I decided to go beyond my own classroom, and support teachers and students worldwide! RJ Math are straight forward, provide learning explanations and step students through guided practice so they can feel more independent and confident in their learning setting.

Teaching style
When I first started teaching, I followed the textbook to a T. It was less than effective; so I started creating my own instructional resources. Over time I found my students responded well to the structure and consistency in organization, that they grasps the concepts, and were easily able to refer back to their notes. To support my students I started creating instructional videos to go with my lesson notes. Now students had a resources they can turn to 24/7 to revisit the lesson. Whether its was for homework, classwork, or preparation for an assessment, students had an audio/visual reference for the specific material they need support with.
All students can be successful with some effort and support.
