Students will translate, rotate, and reflect their name or initials in the coordinate plane.

Students will complete a project with three different parts. The first part they create a menu and there has to be a certain percentage of different menu items. The second activity is for the students to order off their menu with 4 different orders and calculate the different prices, with and without tax and a discount. The third part students will go shopping and calculate tax and total price of items. There is a rubric provided for easy grading!

Students will create a lesson to present to the class and will "teach" the students the topic they were given. Each group needs to have a warm-up, notes (with at least 3 examples), and practice problems with a key relating to their lesson. Each group will present their lesson to the class and the students themselves will help grade others by filling out a survey that is included. This project is easy to grade because a grading rubric is included!

Play bingo with your students while reviewing simplifying radicals. Simplifying radicals, multiplying, adding, subtracting and dividing radicals are all included in this review.

In this project you will have your students create a scenario/story that relates two quantities. Your scenario/story must be at least 10 sentences long. You will type your story in Google Docs and share it with me at (insert your e-mail here) and also print it out. You will then create a graph that represents your scenario.
