This tool was designed to capture the use of three specific math strategies. CRA, Number Talks, and 3 Read protocol. Once the data is collected in Google Forms, it can be shared with the observed teachers. It will also calculate and measure the effectiveness of each strategy for each teacher.

Teaching style
Project Based Learning(PBL). I once attended a conference in Chicago and was blown away by a presentation titled, "Teach Like a Pirate." Long story short, the message was how to turn a lesson into an experience and I have not been the same since! I pride myself on student engagement and student experiences. At whatever the cost of my own personal embarrassment! I truly enjoy bringing joy to students as they learn!
