This is a coding project that teaches students to be creative, critical thinkers, and problem solvers by learning Computer Science. This project will teach students to create a sprite with different costumes to code it to show animation. The skills they will learn in this project are: Sprite editor, create your own sprite, animation, sequence, loops, and debugging. There will be 6 projects that go with the field trip theme Coding a Field Trip. These can be coded on Scratch.mit.edu or CS Firs

This project will teach students to code a sprite to go to 5 different locations on a stage. Later,, students will code projects based on these 5 locations. The skills they will learn in this project are: sequencing, moving sprites, talking sprites, changing backgrounds, and debugging. There will be 6 projects that go with the field trip theme Coding a Field Trip.
Using Google Sheets or Excel have your students create a fun turkey. They can follow the code to make the turkey body and then get to be creative to color the feathers.
