This is a template for the behavioral observations for therapy and assessments. It is geared toward neuro-divergent students but may be used with all ages and abilities. Observed areas include testing attitude, effort, response time, attention, and accommodations. Behavioral observations during testing are an integral part of describing the validity of the testing results.
