Teaching style

Let's be honest...both teachers and students enjoy school so much more when the activities are actually fun! I can either drive myself crazy trying to get a room full of learners to do typical boring worksheets or I .provide them with activities and lessons that they really want to participate in. I love the feeling when I tell students "time's up!" for literacy and math stations and I get 26 faces just begging me for 5 more minutes of fun and learning. It's a great feeling to know that I can really instill a lifetime love of learning into each one of my kids and that they actually look forward to each day of school.
