Simply enter their reading level and the cell will automatically change color to show whether they're below grade level (red - level 1), approaching grade level (orange - level 2), on grade level (light green - level 3) or above grade level (dark green - level 4), depending on the time of year.
You can enter "between-levels" (i.e. D-E), and it will use the higher level's color.
