About the store
I moved to Chicago after college where I taught at a private special education school. There, I taught a 3rd-5th grade life skills classroom where most of my students were functioning at the Kindergarten level. After moving back to Peoria, IL I've had a wide range of Life Skills jobs including an all autism class, instructional students, and students within academic inclusion. After returning to grad school, I received a Masters Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and became a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). I worked in an outpatient clinic, and am now in the public school system.

One of the hardest things to teach students with special needs is how to relax in an unstructured environment, and to enjoy it!! This choice board helps give some more visuals and structure to aide in down time. Print and laminate. Cut our choice cards and velcro onto choice board. Prefect for Preschool, Pre-K, and Kindergarten too! -------------------------------------------------------------- DynaVox Mayer-Johnson 2100 Wharton Street Suite 400 Pittsburgh, PA 15203 Phone: 1 (800) 58

This is perfect for those just beginning to potty train, for for those students with behavioral difficulty int he bathroom. Print on Cardstock and laminate. Cut on the top row (blank rectangles) to create "tabs". Child can put down a tab after each task is completed. Some of my lower function students get small rewards for each task completed, where a higher functioning student can earn a reward at the very end. -------------------------------------------------------------- DynaVox May
