This worksheet is great for using how you would like to feel as the starting point for goal setting. Step one: state how you would like to feel, for example more motivated. Step two: brainstorm what you think would be different in your life if you felt that way Step three: come up with three small actions that could help you move towards the life you have described. This is an effective goal setting worksheet with how you would like to feel at the centre.
This is a goal setting worksheet that gets the student to explore external and internal obstacles to their goal, and develop solutions for each. There is also a rating of how likely they are to complete their goal. If this rating is below 7 we suggest altering the goal to make it more achievable.
