Keep track of the work that your students have yet to complete. We like to have "ketchup & pickles" time once a week. During this time, students who need to catch up (ketchup) on work will be listed on this sheet. Other students can pick (pickles) an educational activity. Make a copy of this record sheet each week and keep it with your grade book. Each time you grade an assignment, add students' names if they did not complete an assignment. We have included an editable version and blank copy.

This EDITABLE turn in sheet will keep track of everything for you! Use the "notes" section to write down when a student is absent or out of the classroom. When you finally get a chance to grade papers, you will have a record of why a student might be missing their work.
