This form will request permission for your students to watch PG movies all year long. We like to use these at Open House!

We use a daily goal sheet that allows us to put ALL assignments in one place. The work is easily accessible by students because they just have to click the numbers to find every assignment! This EDITABLE turn in sheet will keep track of everything for you! Use the "notes" section to write down when a student is absent or out of the classroom. When you finally get a chance to grade papers, you will have a record of why a student might be missing their work. Paper clip this page to your stack of turned in work and record grades directly on the sheet. At the end of a week, you can enter the grades into your grade book. This is a LIFE SAVER!
