Math Choices Game - Would You Rather? Mixed Skills Task Cards 3rd 4th Grade
Would you rather have your students be empowered by the work they do in your class or have your students be engaged in their work? With the Math Choices Game, your students can do both!
Each of the 20 task cards poses a math question in the form of, "Would you rather...?", for a total of 40 possible questions. Students read the questions and then choose how to complete the task for an engaging way to practice math concepts.

Every game you can think of is predicated on mathematical concepts or has some element of math integrated into its strategy. I use that "game trait" to create activities that incorporate fun into learning. I use mostly a centers-based teaching technique to encourage students to work together to accomplish meaningful tasks.
