Massachusetts Educator Evaluation Sources of Evidence Guide
The Sources of Evidence guide provides teachers in Massachusetts with a "Proficient" measure for all standards with a comprehensive list of evidence that would serve to support your progress toward meeting Proficient. The document was designed for my school, but with it being a Word document, it can easily be adapted and changed to meet the needs of your building. Evidence can be updated throughout the year if needed and the document can remain a work in progress.

DIBELS graphing tool and norm chart
These DIBELS graphing tools make it easier to chart student progress. The norm chart at the bottom also makes it easier to determine the classification of a score. The charts were designed for my school (in Massachusetts), but you can adapt to fit your needs (use local, state or national norms).

Teaching style
I teach special education students with learning disabilities, so I love utilizing technology such as Smartboards and document cameras to deliver meaningful instruction. The visual element is so important for all students.
