Each student gives both positive feedback and a suggestion for improvement along with a comment in a specific area such as: volume/tone, body movement, introduction/conclusion, "filler words" (like umm, ahh, etc.), speech content, and eye contact. After I read them I cut each student's name off the top and then give the feedback to the speaker.
