This worksheet is meant to be used as the teacher demonstrates four chemical reactions. These four reactions can be changed to suit the resources you have available. Students record observations and mass before, during and after the reactions. It then gives the students follow up questions about conservation of mass, evidence of chemical reactions and increasing the rate of a reaction.
