Unsinkable Boat Project!
A fun project to do in groups. The project has been designed to be student-directed. Students pick their designs and materials. They execute the entire build according to their own team guidelines. All you do is explain the rubric and dictate the timeline. In addition, they learn the concepts of buoyancy and the Archimedes Principle as they figure out how to build a successful boat. A complete win-win!
