This is a fun introduction to skip counting by tens to use as a whole group or as an independent center. Allow the kids to manipulate the numbers to fill in the caterpillar's body from 10-100. Before I do the lesson I always make the caterpillar frowning and then when he is put back together correctly have the students use the flip function to "turn his from upside down". They love it!
