I use this template for students to use during informational writing. The students are able to follow the template and draw a picture if needed to accurately explain how to do something.
The best way to increase your weekly productivity is to batch you work. Choose the times during the week that you will use for grading, checking emails (maybe each day for that one), lesson planning, copying papers, you name it! Add these tasks to your Batch Work List, so you can map out your week for success!
This sheet is great to use with parents. I send the paper home after a parent has requested a conference and have them fill out the two questions they have and them I answer the question in the box prior to meeting with the parents. This allows for a smoother flowing meeting.
I leave this form with my plans for substitutes to fill out. They leave information about the day and if they would be willing to sub for my class again.
