Review and reinforce the order and spelling of the days of the week with these two activities. The first sheet involves handwriting practice, ordinal numbers as well as cutting and pasting. The second activity has students stamp the days of the week.

This literacy center activity is a fun way to review word families. It can be completed by an individual student or small groups. Students will cut out groups of numbers, sort them, and paste them in order from smallest to largest. The groups of numbers are color coded to keep students' organized. This activity can also serve as an assessment of students' abilities to place larger numbers in sequential order.

This activity sparks imagination through sounds. Students follow the directions on the mini-poster in order to generate ideas to write a story. This activity includes directions as well as a story planning template.
