We all know that students should be reading self-selected texts as often as possible. However, it is incredibly difficult to manage this as a teacher, especially across multiple class periods and potentially hundreds of students. This convenient Microsoft Form allows you to assign some accountability to your self-selected reading. In my classes, we did this every Friday.
