Teaching style
The Savvy Stuff teachers have a creative and direct approach to teaching that allows all children to be successful. They encourage group activity that fosters collaboration among peers as well as growth for the individual. With the way the world is changing, we need to put our best foot forward for our students - they deserve it!
Awards & shining teacher moments
The Savvy Stuff teachers have presented at many conferences including math and science. They regularly attend professional development classes so they are in tune to what students need now. Recently, the Savvy Stuff teachers were awarded a national honor by placing first in an Arizona Experience Contest. They were chosen for the variety and strength of their lessons as well as their ability to reach all students!
My own education history
The Savvy Stuff teachers all hold masters degrees and continue to learn to be better every day! Their specialties include: counseling, gifted education, math, science, history, writing, and integrating units to meet and exceed student needs.
