These homemade cards teach children how to formulate questions containing is/are/am and was/were. The visuals provide support to help with question formulation.

This is a great scavenger hunt for kids to do around the school. They are supposed to write in where they found the item or another suggestion would be to take a picture of the items' locations on an iPad or a digital camera. This is a great beginning of the school year activity, buddy activity, retell activity, etc.
