About the store

Experience

After teaching middle school Spanish for 15 years, I jumped into the world of teaching English to multilingual learners!

Teaching style

Although I have taught in many models, I believe the push-in model of co-teaching English through content to be the most effective. The tools in my shop are specially made for districts whose EL staff are looking to move to a push in model but lacking common prep time with content teachers. Teachers using these tools can walk into a classroom with English learners and immediately support and scaffold lessons to make content accessible!

My own education history

Bachelor's Degree - Spanish Education Master's Degree - Secondary Education

Additional biographical information

In addition to teaching, I spend time traveling with my family to the Dominican Republic, where we serve at a beloved orphanage.
