My teaching style focuses on making movement fun, engaging, and meaningful. I believe students learn best when they are active, involved, and having fun, so I design lessons that maximize participation and enjoyment. I also prioritize creating well-rounded learners by incorporating cross-curricular content into physical education. My lessons often include elements of health, nutrition, and anatomy as well as classroom concepts like math, science, and language arts. My goal is not only to teach students how to move proficiently, but to give them the knowledge and confidence to become healthy, lifelong movers as they find their passion for movement.
