2 making groups of ten lesson

A simplified version of a virtual escape room to be taught during whole group (or teacher led time) students listen to the story and answers questions about 2D and 3D shapes! My students love these and were so engaged!

This is a take home packet activity for parents to complete with their children at home to practice producing rhyming words, vowel sounds, and other phonics skills. **This activity involves using the book "Hop on Pop" By: Dr. Suess which can be checked out at your school library, local library or watched/listened to as audio by simply searching the book title on YouTube. students will be given hints describing a shapes attributes. they have to use the hints to guess what shape it is and then practice composing the shape by drawing it individually before the shape is revealed!
