Virtual Counseling Expectations

We shouldn't assume that students know the virtual learning behavioral expectations. We want to make sure that they know from the start how to be successful learners while being virtual so reviewing these expectations during your first counseling or therapy session can be extremely beneficial.

About the store

Teaching style

I believe in using data to drive meaningful decisions that support student growth. By consistently monitoring progress and evaluating evidence-based strategies, I tailor interventions to meet each child’s unique needs. This approach ensures that support is not only responsive but also effective—maximizing outcomes for both students and the teams that serve them.

My own education history

Hi, I’m Dr. Madison Fritsche, a nationally certified school psychologist with a passion for supporting the whole child. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Child and School Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) and completed my Ph.D. in School Psychology at the University of Missouri (Mizzou). Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings—including schools, clinics, and hospitals—serving children and teens of all ages. My approach blends evidence-based practice with compassion, collaboration, and creativity to help students thrive both academically and emotionally.

Additional biographical information

I am currently a practicing school psychologist serving elementary and early childhood populations. As a mother of two girls, I bring both professional expertise and a personal understanding of child development to my work. Outside of school, I enjoy spending weekends exploring yard sales and reading. I am deeply passionate about helping children thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally—and I am committed to supporting families and educators in fostering student success.
