This is my student information form for my students. I have the kids kill out this information for quick reference. It can be modified for book numbers or ay other information you would like the kids to offer up. As an excel spreadsheet, this information can be easily uploaded. Also, you can leave this up on a laptop and the kids can type it in at a back table, so no copying information into a digital format is required. Works great!

Teaching style
I am definitely geared more toward visual and kinetic learners. I also work very well with students who have behavior issues. I believe that learning needs to be something fun for all parties involved. Keeping your child engaged will help the learning always happen.

My own education history
I was very blessed to go to an arts magnet middle and high school, where I saw some amazing teaching a car! A lot of my teaching style is similar to the way that I was taught during these formative years.
