I always have my students sign this form before we begin using technology. We have a classroom cart and use chromebooks. This will work if you use a laptop or tablet cart. If you need a form that says that, please let me know and I will make one up for you. I left room on the form so that you could personalize it with your name and class. I generally have the students glue the contract into their journal.
