These Hall Passes are designed to allow students 4 times per semester out of class. Each time a students leaves you punch the card and write where he/she headed to, the date, and an extra blank space for teacher initials/time/etc. Each student must sign the bottom of the card to signify that he/she understands the proper behavior while out of the classroom.
