With a deep passion for science education, I bring a wealth of experience to the world of instructional resources. Having spent five rewarding years teaching AP and DP Biology in a Title 1 school, I honed my ability to convey complex scientific concepts to diverse learners, making science accessible and engaging for all.
My journey in education led me to Luna High School, where I took on the role of leading the science department. During this time, I managed the professional development of a dedicated team of 4-5 teachers, guiding them in their quest to inspire young minds. This experience enriched my understanding of effective curriculum design and instructional strategies.
Currently, I'm channeling my passion for science education into writing curriculum for 9-12 grades and overseeing instructional management. This role allows me to fuse my teaching experience with the creation of high-quality, student-centric resources, ensuring that educators have the tools they need to ignite curiosity and foster a love for science in the next generation. I'm committed to making science education an empowering and transformative experience for students and educators alike.

IBDP Biology requires teachers to determine predicted scores for their students each assessment season. Teachers will calculate these scores from marking mock exams as well an internally graded components. Using this tool will help a teacher determine the scholars predicted IB score that must be entered into IBIS prior to April 20th of each year. This also helps strategize supports in the classroom and will help in the accuracy of predicted scores which will become important during IB moderation
