I put labels on each table that match this seating chart. When my students get new seats, all I have to do is post a copy of this chart that has been filled in with their names by the classroom door and they know where to sit. It streamlines the process tremendously!

I keep these sheets in the classroom. Each child writes down the number of their row or the table to make the sheets easy to sort. Each day, I can easily lay the stack of bell ringers for each table out as the students are entering the classroom. When my students are seated in rows, I put the bell ringer sheets for each row on the front table of that row. The students pick theirs up on the way to their seat.
