This resource provides 5 Google Forms to streamline and simplify your back to school prep work. The forms are fully editable, but can be used as is with NO PREP REQUIRED. These Google Forms require internet and Google access. You can access Google Forms for free with a Gmail account. When you first access your forms you will be prompted to make your own personal copy of the resources. Once copied you are ready to share with your class (I like to use Google Classroom for this), your grade level

Instruction should be hands-on, student-centered, and engaging. I like to foster students' natural curiosity and empower students to investigate and discover. Ideally, all of us should be helping students learn to ask questions and investigate the world around them.
