Here's a fun way to review factoring with your algebra students! This involves them playing the classic game battleship. Included are teacher instructions, 4 cards (each player gets two cards and an answer key is embedded in two of the cards by nature of the game), and student instructions. You will likely need to explain the game a little bit to students at first, but once they get started, they will be be busy on their own! Here's a fun quick activity you can assign students to reinforce or review simplifying logarithms. Students solve the problems in the boxes. Each box has a letter in it. They match the letter to the number in the riddle above. These can be done with mental math by most students. Use for a bell ringer/Do Now or exit ticket. Add this fun riddle to your collection!
