Slides are prepared so the image and some background about the type of diagnostic image are on the intial slide, and the answer will appear when clicked. This is a 10-question activity to assess student's ability to identify the type of fracture and the bone that has been fractured by using real X-ray images. I typically use this as an assessment after they have already been assessed on identifying major bones and the class has practiced identifying fractures together and on their own. While learning the skeletal system and identifying various bones of the human body, I use this activity to reinforce the information and assess their ability to identify real images of bones.
