Have students fill out this science reflection before conferences and attach work samples to show guardians! It's a great way to get students thinking about their learning and aids them in taking ownership of their conference.
Using a bank of options, students set a SMART work habit goal for the week and reflect on their progress daily. At the end of the week, students use data to decide whether to keep the same goal or choose a new goal for the next week. An easy teacher rubric is provided.
