Here is a project I have had success with a few times. It allowed me to teach motion geometry with a lot of fun. This has the criteria I gave my students as well as the sheets I used for the students to write down their work as well as the smaller cartesian planes I used and the small pages for the students to copy over their drawings. Some tips are included and the document can be edited.

Here is a project outliine where I have students show an understanding of graphing by using Smarties or Skittles. Included are criteria sheets, examples, an explanation of the concept and the master copy of sheet used to record graphs. It is a fun way ot have students demonstrate their knowledge and the buy in from students is automatic.
