Teaching style

My core principle as an educator has always been respect and understanding for each student. I strive to comprehend not only what they think, but how they think—seeking the key that opens the door to their personal house of knowledge. I have worked primarily with preschool and elementary-aged children, where emotional safety, curiosity, and play are essential foundations for learning. I believe in indirect learning through play, where the joy of discovery becomes the driving force. Step by step, we journey together toward the unfolding of the child’s true personality.

Awards & shining teacher moments

My core principle as an educator has always been respect and understanding for each student. I strive to comprehend not only what they think, but how they think—seeking the key that opens the door to their personal house of knowledge. I believe in indirect learning through play, where the joy of discovery becomes the driving force. Step by step, we journey together toward the unfolding of the child’s true personality. A teacher teaches what they know and expects students to acquire that same knowledge. But a true Master helps students gain the knowledge they long for—the knowledge they are capable of achieving. My role has always been to guide, not impose; to listen, not lecture; and to nurture the spark of curiosity that leads to lifelong learning.

My own education history

am a special education teacher, speech therapist, and developmental educator with decades of experience specializing in the treatment of learning and behavioral disorders. Throughout my career, I have not only worked directly with children facing these challenges, but I have also trained and mentored generations of teachers in effective, compassionate approaches to inclusive education. My expertise lies in understanding the unique cognitive and emotional needs of each child and designing personalized strategies that foster growth, confidence, and joy in learning. I have dedicated my life to helping students overcome obstacles and to empowering educators with the tools and mindset needed to support every learner.
