Are you an elementary school music teacher in need of short scripts to go between songs for Grandparent's Day? This is for you! This script is ideal for K-5 and is broken into four parts that are meant to have songs in between. The dialogue is short and there are parts for varying ages. There are 8 speaking parts (flexible), but the last section has an opportunity for everyone to be involved. Enjoy - and Happy Grandparent's Day!
These are three simple scripts that we use in our beginning Theatre Arts class. We use these scripts specifically to have students identify character objectives and the tactics they'll use to achieve those objectives. These three scripts are about 2 minutes long each, they are appropriate for middle and high school. Each scene is for 2 actors and work with any combination M/F. They have very clear conflict and are great for beginning actors.
We've used a LOT of improv games in our Middle School theatre arts classes - but these are consistently the favorites. They are fun and teach valuable skills. Enjoy!
