This is a printable that you can send to parents to get a sense of how their school day went. This is a conversation starter to describe their day instead of hearing "nothing" or "good".

This is a a daily success chart I made for a kindergarten student who had constantly cried in the classroom. Throughout the day, on a clipboard, a behavior quick check is done after every class activity. My student is allowed to circle how well he is doing. (sad face, okay face, happy face). The daily success chart comes home every day to parents and parents provide the reward.

I laminate this page and write down my student's names when taking turns.
