This product was created to help students take a moment and reflect on how they are feeling. Sometimes kiddos are nervous about speaking in front of others or are worried about upcoming assessments. As a result, some of our students end up going to the nurse when they simply need some one on one reassurance from the teacher or guidance counselor.
This tool is wonderful to help pinpoint how we can help students and figure out if they need our attention, or if they need to go to the nurse.
These passes were designed to be used as classroom hall passes. Laminate these passes, hole punch, and string through ribbon to hang in classroom. For extra reinforcement, mount the passes on poster board, then laminate.

This weekly reflection tool was designed to give students the opportunity to reflect on things they learned and enjoyed throughout the week. After the students reflect, the instructor takes time to write a quick comment about the student's week that will be seen by the parent. These reflection sheets are sent home on Friday and returned the following week with a parent signature. At the bottom of the sheet, parents have the opportunity to comment an the weekly reflection. This reflection sheet allows students to reflect on their daily behavior. At the end of the day, students highlight the section of the clip chart they landed on. This can be placed in a homework folder so that the sheet can be viewed by the parents at the end of each day.
