Individualized Behavior Chart
Are you looking for a behavior plan for an individual student? When you have a student who needs extra incentives to follow the classroom rules this may be the plan for you. This can be used along with the whole class behavior clip up management program that many teachers are using. Spider Themed Book Report Activity
October is the time of year when I teach my integrated thematic unit on Spiders. I have been searching for a book report form that would tie in with that theme. I have included both a color version along with a black and white version. There is a drawing option and a writing option to enable differentiation. This activity addresses the Common Core State Standards for English Language Arts:
RL 1.2, 1.3, 1.7, 1.8 RL 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.5

Teaching style
Differentiation is the best way to describe my style. When you come into my classroom you will see lots of constructive and productive activity going on all around. I love the Daily 5 and the use of centers to differentiate learning.

I have been married for 48 fantastic years to a fellow educator. Together we have two incredible sons. My oldest son is my computer guru and tech support. My youngest son is a proud officer in the US Navy. I live in the beautiful state of Vermont.
