This fun scoot activity will help students practice multiplication and division! Cut apart the included cards and place a card on each student’s desk. Students will need scrap paper to solve the problem on their desk. Answers will be recorded on the record sheet. When you say “scoot” the student’s will get up and move to the next desk and complete the next problem. In my classroom, we discuss four "math actions" shown in addition (put together) and subtraction (take away, compare, missing part) problems. Included are four posters showing and four math actions and three double-sided worksheets. The worksheets allow students to practice Put Together / Take Away, Compare / Missing Part, and writing and solving their own word problems.

Students will practice drawing area models for multiplication facts (1x1 to 6x6) while playing Multiplication Tetris with a partner.

These four worksheets give students the chance to practice completing a 100 chart (up to 110). The first worksheet is just completing the chart, while the additional worksheets ask students to circle the 2s, 5s, and 10s to help them notice number patterns.

Students practice single-digit subtraction by drawing lines to match the fact to the correct answer. Each of the eleven pages focuses on a different fact. This set includes the -0 through -10 facts. Enjoy!
