Experience
Ten years of experience in teaching kindergarten, first grade, second grade, and music education. The past five years have been teaching second grade. I have a Masters of Education degree from Indiana University.
Teaching style
My style evolves with the needs of the class but my style is basically keeping firm structures and routines, small group based instruction, with lots of time for practice in learning centers. I use Whole Brain Teaching and Conscious Discipline.
