Then they come back and open it up and read it! I put their self portraits, letters, and other pictures around the room in it. I include one page of just photos and fun facts about the year. These worksheet are great for student understanding. They are great for students to practice mathematical fluency for numbers within 120. The half sizes are great for student journals or for an exit ticket or quiz.
How to use: Each student gets a sheet for each quarter of learning. They write their names and then the date that your class fills it out. I normally do this at the end of the day on Friday so they can take worksheets home for the weekend. My class keeps them in their individual data binder, but you could keep them in a whole class data binder for yourself or a folder.
