About the store
I create adapted secondary English Language Arts and U.S. History resources designed for EL, SPED, and mixed-level classrooms. My materials allow students to engage with the same grade-level novels, historical topics, and essential content while receiving different levels of academic and language support. This makes it possible for teachers to differentiate instruction without watering down rigor or creating multiple lessons. English Language Arts Resources: My adapted novel studies are built to support access, comprehension, and meaningful discussion while maintaining respect for the original text. These resources help students read and respond to grade-level literature with confidence. Each novel study typically includes: • Scaffolded reading support and guided comprehension • Vocabulary development and language supports • Student-friendly assessments and choice-based projects • No-prep materials designed for real classrooms U.S. History Resources I also create adapted U.S. History units that prioritize clarity, accessibility, and historical thinking. These resources are designed to help students understand key events, perspectives, and themes while building academic language skills. U.S. History resources often include: • Adapted informational texts and thematic workbooks • Vocabulary and language development supports • Assessments with answer keys • Flexible materials that work across grade levels Design Philosophy: All Secondary Streamlined resources are created from daily classroom experience and are designed to support access, dignity, and academic growth for all learners. My goal is to help teachers spend less time modifying materials and more time teaching. Same content. Different support.

Teaching style

I believe learning is most effective when students feel engaged, supported, and confident. I design lessons that encourage active participation and curiosity through clear structure, purposeful activities, and accessible materials. My goal is to create an environment where students are motivated to explore new concepts and take academic risks.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Secondary Educator of the Year, DESE, Massachusetts

My own education history

I earned my undergraduate degree from Boston University and my master’s degree from Wheelock College. My academic training emphasized inclusive teaching practices and supporting diverse learners, which directly informs the adapted secondary ELA and U.S. History resources I create today. I design materials that reflect real classroom experience and are intended to support EL, SPED, and mixed-level learners with clarity and dignity.

Additional biographical information

My materials are classroom-tested, no-prep, and built to support access, clarity, and academic growth for all learners.
