Awards & shining teacher moments
I am the reigning high school teacher of the year. However, my biggest teacher flex is consistently getting my students to the finish line year after year. Since starting to teach Algebra 1 three years ago, I have received 98% passing rates on the Algebra 1 state standardized test.
My own education history
I received a Bachelors Degree in 2007 from Texas A&M - Commerce in Interdisciplinary Studies. I furthered my education and received my Masters in mathematics education from Western Governors University.
