During high school, I was involved in culinary and hospitality. My teacher brought a love of learning to everyone in the class, and made you excited to go to school the next day. I went on to major in Culinary in college. However, 2 years in I knew I wanted something different. I changed my major to Early Childhood Education. I went on to teach Preschool all the way through third grade. Cooking became a part of the curriculum, and I always found a way to tie it into my study. I'm currently homeschooling my two boys, and loving every minute of creating cooking curriculum for them!
