1) Weekly Home Checklist: use this quick checklist to tell parents what students worked on during the day. Fill in the Program column with student IEP goals, weekly/daily activities (like CBIs or what they ate for lunch). Students can fill out and use it to tell parents about their day or the teacher/staff can fill it out to let parents know about their child's day.
