About the store
I have experience working in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school, where there were children with a wide range of learning and physical disabilities. Primarily, I have worked to help children on the autism spectrum with acute behavioural challenges and severely delayed speech development. Having a BSc degree in Psychology and MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience, I have also been able to work one-to-one with autistic children as part of their speech development. It was here that I realised the need for these learning aids tailored to the specific needs of children with autism.

Teaching style

Tailored learning for children with special educational needs - particularly the use of photographic images rather than clip-art, as the autistic children I have worked with responded much better to these images.
