These are tags I used for S'more bags I am sending home with my kids this Halloween. I printed them on copy paper, but card stock would work as well. The bags contain a whole graham cracker cracked in half, half a Hershey bar and a Ghost Peep.

We use this punch card to set monthly goals for behavior. It can be altered to do weekly or quarterly if needed. We incorporated our PBIS expectations into the card. Students are reinforced if they meet their goal.
